Khammash Family App — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Khammash Family app (package family.khammash.app), published by Ibrahim Al-Khammash.
How to delete your whole account
- Send an email to ialkhammash@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address registered on your account, so we can confirm the request is really from you.
- Include your full name as it appears in the app.
You can also ask any family administrator directly, and they will remove your account from the members list.
We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to close your account to remove your data. You can do the following at any time:
- Delete your own posts and replies: open Family Posts in the app and tap Delete on any post or reply you wrote.
- Delete private messages you sent: open Messages, open the conversation, and long-press any message you sent to delete it for both of you.
- Remove your profile photo, or change your phone number, city or country: open Settings → Profile settings, clear or edit the field, and save.
- Request removal of anything else — including your family tree entry or its contact details — by emailing ialkhammash@gmail.com from your registered address, describing what you would like removed.
Requests sent by email are actioned within 30 days, and the data is purged from encrypted backups within a further 90 days. Your account stays active throughout.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and password credentials (Firebase Authentication).
- Your member profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and country/city.
- Your push notification token, so the app can no longer send notifications to your devices.
- Family posts, replies, and reactions you created.
- Comments and replies you wrote on announcements, and other members' replies under your comments.
- Marketplace listings you posted, and the listings you saved as favorites.
- Any requests or reports you submitted through the app.
- Private messages you sent to other members, and your list of blocked members.
What is kept
- Family tree entries. The family tree is a shared genealogical record maintained by the family as a whole, and other relatives' entries are defined in relation to it, so a person's entry remains after their account is deleted. Your personal contact details and photo are removed from that entry, and the link between the entry and your account is removed.
- Announcements published by family administrators that mention family events remain part of the family's records.
If you would also like your family tree entry amended or removed, say so in your email and a family administrator will review it with you.
Timing and retention
- Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt.
- Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to a further 90 days, after which it is permanently purged.
- No data is retained for advertising, marketing, or analytics — the app does not use any.

كيفية حذف حسابك بالكامل
- أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى ialkhammash@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي».
- أرسله من عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، للتأكد من أن الطلب صادر منك فعلاً.
- اذكر اسمك الكامل كما يظهر في التطبيق.
يمكنك أيضًا التواصل مباشرة مع أي من مسؤولي العائلة، وسيقومون بإزالة حسابك من قائمة الأعضاء.
نرسل لك رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بمجرد اكتمال الحذف.
حذف جزء من بياناتك فقط
لست مضطرًا لإغلاق حسابك لإزالة بياناتك. يمكنك في أي وقت القيام بما يلي:
- حذف منشوراتك وردودك: افتح منشورات العائلة في التطبيق واضغط حذف على أي منشور أو رد كتبته.
- حذف الرسائل الخاصة التي أرسلتها: افتح الرسائل، ثم افتح المحادثة، واضغط مطولًا على أي رسالة أرسلتها لحذفها لديك ولدى الطرف الآخر.
- إزالة صورتك الشخصية أو تغيير رقم هاتفك أو مدينتك أو دولتك: افتح الإعدادات ← إعدادات الملف الشخصي، وامسح الحقل أو عدّله ثم احفظ.
- طلب إزالة أي شيء آخر — بما في ذلك سجلك في شجرة العائلة أو بيانات التواصل الخاصة به — عبر مراسلة ialkhammash@gmail.com من عنوانك المسجّل، مع توضيح ما ترغب في إزالته.
تُنفَّذ الطلبات المرسلة بالبريد الإلكتروني خلال 30 يومًا، وتُمحى البيانات من النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة خلال 90 يومًا إضافية. ويبقى حسابك نشطًا طوال هذه المدة.
ما الذي يتم حذفه
- حساب الدخول وبيانات كلمة المرور (Firebase Authentication).
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والصورة الشخصية والدولة والمدينة.
- رمز الإشعارات الخاص بك، فلا يعود التطبيق قادرًا على إرسال إشعارات إلى أجهزتك.
- منشورات العائلة والردود والتفاعلات التي أنشأتها.
- تعليقاتك وردودك على الإعلانات، وردود الأعضاء الآخرين على تعليقاتك.
- إعلاناتك في متجر العائلة، والإعلانات التي حفظتها في المفضلة.
- أي طلبات أو بلاغات قدّمتها عبر التطبيق.
- الرسائل الخاصة التي أرسلتها إلى الأعضاء الآخرين، وقائمة الأعضاء الذين حظرتهم.
ما الذي يتم الاحتفاظ به
- سجلات شجرة العائلة. شجرة العائلة سجل نسب مشترك تحافظ عليه العائلة ككل، وتُعرَّف سجلات الأقارب الآخرين بالنسبة إليه، لذا يبقى سجل الشخص بعد حذف حسابه. وتُزال من ذلك السجل بيانات التواصل الشخصية والصورة، كما يُزال الربط بين السجل وحسابك.
- الإعلانات التي نشرها مسؤولو العائلة والمتعلقة بمناسبات العائلة تبقى جزءًا من سجلات العائلة.
إذا رغبت أيضًا في تعديل سجلك في شجرة العائلة أو إزالته، فاذكر ذلك في رسالتك وسيقوم أحد مسؤولي العائلة بمراجعة الأمر معك.
المدة والاحتفاظ
- تُنفَّذ طلبات الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من استلامها.
- قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة لمدة 90 يومًا إضافية، ثم تُمحى نهائيًا.
- لا يُحتفظ بأي بيانات لأغراض الإعلان أو التسويق أو التحليلات — فالتطبيق لا يستخدم أيًا منها.
